We understand there isn’t a one size fits all solution in the trade industry. Once you have navigated our Catalogue and decided what you want to include as a task, you have 3 templates to choose from. 

The templates are:

• Matrix Tasks

Try our Modify Task Feature! 

Our Catalogue boasts 1800+ pre-built task templates for you to choose from. Whilst these may cater to you, you can also modify these as you choose. Some of the things you can change may include: Headings, Descriptions, Task Details, Bonus Payments, Hiding the task from your users or applying a Price Adjustment. 

This allows you to make subtle updates where needed whilst still maintaining a very streamlined quoting process!

Modify on site 

Your tradespeople also have the ability to change details of the task while onsite. This won't impact the task template so changes can be made as often as required to suit the job. The following can be modified directly in the quote/task whilst in FlatRateNOW:

• total price
